Alright readers, for this weeks short story challenge the story must include the following:
Hero – lawyer
Villain – firefighter.
Setting – after a disaster in a small town
Theme – perception
Genre – thriller
While I understand that short stories range anywhere from 1500 to 30000 words, for the purpose of this ongoing exercise I’ll be trying to keep the stories between 1500 to 3000 words!
This will be my first ever attempt at a short story, so be warned, it will probably be terrible! I’m so excited!
Results will be posted on Friday by 5pm EST (UTC−05:00) and if you’re taking part, please feel free to either include your story in the comment section, a link to your own blog story, or e-mail it to me.
My favorite submission will be posted on the following Monday with the rules for next weeks challenge!
