Short Story Challenge week #3 Rules!

Hello readers!

I realize I’m posting this weeks rules a bit later than usual, but circumstances made it unavoidable. (I totally lost track of time working on my WIP!) In any case *cough* lets get down to business!

Last week I put up two separate options for the weekly criteria, and unfortunately I was only able to find the time to do one.

With that in mind, this week I will be posting the same two (for those of you who chose to write the other one), and I specifically will be write from Criteria B.

As a reminder, here are the criteria:

 

Criteria A

Hero: A Guest

Villain: Clerk

Setting: A motel

Theme: Until death do us part

Genre: Horror

 

Criteria B

Hero: Blacksmith

Villain: The Queen

Setting: Castle and surrounding area

Theme: Betrayal

Genre: Fantasy

 

 

The rules haven’t changed with one exception: I’m removing the 5 pm (EST) deadline!
